First Deliveries
After the vicious lies spread by the amateur who is incapable of apologizing for his defamatory comments and abhorrent slander, the final month of a stellar 2007 sales year starts with two special deliveries for Boeing.
This week, Boeing and Qatar Airways celebrated the delivery of the airlines first 777-300ER.

The airplane flew the 14 hour journey non-stop from Seattle to Doha, showing its newest customer exactly just what the 777-300ER is capable of - a phenomenal airplane unmatched in todays marketplace.

The other customer this past week was Tianjin-based Okay Airways who took delivery of their first Boeing 737-800.

This particular airplane is on lease from AWAS.
Already, Airbus and Boeing have secured record orders this year with both companies sporting big backlogs across their product portfolio’s.
For those that weren’t kid-walked around the Dubai Air Show, you will also have heard repeated news, (which to me is by and large old now), relating to the 737 replacement.
Both Qatar Airways and Dubai-based LCAL were vocal at their press conferences that they want a new narrowbody as quickly as possible.
Speaking with Randy Tinseth, timing is everything and it has to be done right - just like the 787-10 or 777 upgrade/replacement too - both of which will be looked later this coming week.
Furthermore, stay tuned for the next Boeing Conference Call on December 11, 2007.
